BACON WRAPPED STUFFING BALLS


“The Cleats” Thanksgiving Bacon Wrapped Stuffing Balls

Ingredients:
2 Boxes Stouffer’s Cornbread Stuffing Mix
1/3 Bar of cream cheese
1 package Bacon
Your favorite pork rub

Directions:
Slice package of bacon in half and lay one piece horizontally and one vertically making a cross.

Mix cream cheese into stuffing and form into balls (Slightly smaller than a golf ball) and place in middle of cross.

Pull up sides of cross and secure with toothpicks.

Sprinkle with rub and place on smoker. I set the Big Green Egg for indirect smoking at 350degrees for 30- to 40 minutes until the bacon is crisp.

Serve with a chipotle mayo dipping sauce.

Makes 16-20 servings
